Who we work with
Students and academics
Adult students, graduate researchers, and academic staff work in long blocks with hard deadlines and long fallow stretches in between. The practical question is how sessions fit a calendar that is not evenly loaded.
We work with adults only. We make no claim about study outcomes, grades, or academic performance of any kind.
How do sessions fit an academic calendar?
Most people book a short run in the quieter part of a term and then leave a gap over the assessment period, because adding an appointment to the week you are already overloaded rarely helps.
Packages do not expire, so buying in a quiet month and using them across two terms is fine.
- Short runs rather than a standing weekly slot.
- Gaps across assessment periods are normal and cost you nothing.
- A first visit is longer than the ones after it.
- Single visits can be booked with no package commitment.
Will this help with study or exams?
We do not claim that and we will not imply it. The device is cleared for relaxation training and muscle reeducation, and study outcomes are not something anyone can honestly attach to it.
If a provider tells you sessions will lift your results, they have left the evidence behind. Our page on reading claims explains how to spot that language.
What do students usually ask about first?
Cost, then whether anything is required of them during the session. The session asks nothing of you. There is no task, no screen, and nothing to concentrate on.
Cost is published rather than quoted, and consultations are not charged, so the first conversation costs nothing but the time.
Do you work with anyone under eighteen?
No. We work with adults only, and that includes this audience page. If you are enquiring about a student under eighteen, we are not the right place.
We will tell you that on the call rather than after a booking has been taken.

We do not provide medical care and we do not assess or identify health conditions. We make no promise about any outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
Sessions are not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you have a health concern, speak with your own provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Start with a conversation, not a commitment
A consultation costs nothing and does not oblige you to book a session. Ask what you want to ask, including the awkward questions.
