Who we work with
Who we work with
We work with adults who book privately for themselves and with organizations that fund sessions for the people they are responsible for. Those are the only two arrangements we offer.
The pages in this section describe situations rather than labels. We are a wellness practice using an FDA-cleared biofeedback device indicated for relaxation training and muscle reeducation, so we describe what a person's week looks like and what they tell us they are looking for. We do not describe conditions and we do not claim to address any.
How do you decide which page fits you?
Pick the page that sounds like your week rather than the page that sounds like your history. Someone who works nights and someone who studies for long stretches often ask us very similar practical questions, and those questions are what each page answers.
If none of them fit, the individuals page covers booking privately with no further framing.
- Booking for yourself and nothing more specific applies: individuals.
- Shift patterns and confidentiality are the main concern: first responders and public safety.
- Service history and privacy are the main concern: veterans and service members.
- Sustained attention in a demanding role: performance and focus.
- Long study blocks and exam periods: students and academics.
- Rotating or overnight schedules: shift workers.
- Looking after other people all day: caregivers and helping professions.
What do these pages deliberately not say?
They do not name conditions and they do not suggest that sessions address anything. That is a deliberate editorial rule rather than a stylistic one.
The device we use is cleared for relaxation training and muscle reeducation. Framing an audience around a condition would imply something the clearance does not support, so we describe the situation and stop there.
How does an organization fund sessions?
An organization contracts for a number of seats and the people using those seats are identified to us by an anonymized identifier. The organization receives utilization counts. It never receives names.
The organizations sub-hub covers program structure, privacy, delivery, scheduling, reporting, and contracts in detail.
Can an individual book if their employer already has a program?
Yes. A private booking and a funded seat are separate arrangements and we do not link them. If you book privately, your employer is told nothing, including whether you booked at all.
If you would rather use a funded seat, ask whoever administers the program at your organization. We cannot tell you whether a specific person is eligible, because we do not hold the eligibility list.
