Compare

What this costs, compared with the alternatives

The cost of a wellness option is the price of a visit plus the time, travel, and commitment it asks of you. A cheaper session that requires forty visits can cost more than a dearer session you attend twice.

This page compares formats rather than quoting competitors. Our own prices live on the pricing page.

What are you actually paying for in each format?

Different formats bill differently, and the per-visit price is the part that hides the least. The number that matters is what you spend before you know whether to continue.

Cost shape by format, without quoting other providers.
FormatHow it is usually billedWhere the real cost hides
Microcurrent sessionPer visit, sometimes as a prepaid block elsewherePrepaid blocks bought before you know your response
Traditional EEG neurofeedbackPer visit across a long courseThe number of visits a course assumes
Coaching or talk-based supportPer hour, often weeklyOpen-ended duration with no natural end
Self-directed breath or meditation practiceFree, or a small app subscriptionYour consistency, which is the hardest part

Why do we not sell packages?

Because nobody can predict who will notice a change, so a prepaid block asks you to carry a risk we cannot quantify. Paying visit by visit keeps the decision yours at every step.

It also removes our incentive to talk you into visit eleven.

What should you budget before deciding anything?

Budget the consultation and a small number of visits, then stop and assess. Decide in advance what you would need to notice to continue, and write it down before the first session.

Our current prices, including what the consultation costs, are published on the pricing page.

What are the costs that are not money?

Travel time, parking, time away from work, and the attention a course of visits takes up. Those are real and they are usually left out of comparisons.

A format that fits your week badly will cost you more than its price.

Is there a free option worth trying first?

Yes. A breath or meditation practice costs nothing and can start today, which is why we point people there before they book.

If that is enough for you, you have saved the entire cost of this comparison.
