We hire for two kinds of role: session practitioners who run the room, and operations people who handle scheduling and organization programs. Neither is a clinical role and neither requires a clinical credential.
There is no applicant portal. You send a message through the contact form and a person reads it.
What roles do you hire for?
Session practitioners and operations. Practitioners are trained on the equipment by the device supplier after they join, so prior experience with it is not expected.
What is expected is patience, plain speech, and a tolerance for quiet rooms. The team page describes what each role covers day to day.
- Session practitioner. Greets people, explains the equipment, runs sessions, keeps the room and the log in order.
- Operations. Booking, seats for organization programs, and the anonymized identifier process.
- Occasional part time cover for studio hours, including some Saturdays.
What is the work actually like?
Quiet and repetitive in a way most people either like immediately or do not. A day is a handful of appointments, careful setup, and a lot of explaining the same things well.
The hardest part of the job is saying honestly that we do not know, to someone who wants a promise. If that feels uncomfortable, this is not the right practice.
What do you not ask of staff?
Nobody here is asked to sell a package, upsell a longer schedule, or describe the equipment in language that reaches past its indication. The standards page is a staff document as much as a public one.
How do I apply?
Send a short message through the contact form saying which role interests you and when you are available. Attachments are not needed at the first step.
Do I need experience with biofeedback equipment?
No. Training on setup, sensor placement, and session operation happens after you join, with supervised practice before you run sessions alone.
Are the roles full time?
Some are part time, including Saturday cover. Say what hours suit you and we will tell you what exists.
