Reporting for funded programs
Reporting for a funded program is aggregate only. An organization receives counts of seats funded, used, and remaining, and nothing at the level of an individual. No individual row is ever exposed, and no report is built in a way that can be reduced back to a person.
This page states what is in a report, what is deliberately absent, and why we will not include the things people ask for.
What is in a report?
Four numbers and a trend. Seats funded for the period, seats used, seats remaining, and the number of identifiers that drew at least one seat. The trend is the same figures across previous periods.
That is the whole report. It is short because there is nothing else in it that could be sent without breaking the anonymity model.

- Count of distinct identifiers that used at least one seat.
- The same figures for previous periods, for comparison.
What is deliberately absent, and why?
Anything that could narrow a figure down to one person. That rules out per identifier usage, attendance dates, cancellation records, breakdowns by team or site where a group is small, and every self report scale.
Self report scales stay out for a second reason as well. They are the individual's own notes, they are not a clinical measure, and turning them into an organizational metric would misrepresent what they are.

How does small group suppression work?
If a reporting group contains fewer than 5 used seats, the figure is withheld rather than published, rounded, or estimated. The suppressed figure is not released in a later period either, because two periods either side of a gap can be subtracted to recover it.
Suppression is applied before a report leaves us, not by the recipient. Where suppression removes so much that a breakdown is meaningless, we send the total only and say why.
Why will you not report outcomes?
Because we cannot do it honestly. The device is cleared for relaxation training and muscle reeducation, and there is no outcome measure we could put in an organizational report that would not overstate the record.
