Organizations

Request a program proposal

A proposal request gives us the six things we need to put written terms together: who the organization is, who to reply to, roughly how many people would be covered, how you would like sessions delivered, and when you want to start.

The form below asks for nothing about anybody's health, not even optionally. It never will.

What happens after you send this?

We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then send a written proposal. The proposal carries the seat rate, the block, the term, the cadence, and the rider language on anonymity, so your privacy and legal reviewers can read the whole thing at once.

Nothing is committed by asking. A proposal is a document, not an agreement.

  • A short reply from us, usually with two or three clarifying questions.
  • A written proposal covering seats, term, cadence, and delivery.
  • The rider language on anonymity and reporting, in full.
  • A conversation only if you want one.

Why do you ask for an approximate population rather than an exact one?

Because the seat block is driven by expected utilization, not by headcount, and an approximate figure is enough to size it. An exact list is never needed and we do not want one.

It also keeps the request free of anything sensitive. A rough number of people cannot identify a person.

Why are there no health questions on this form?

Because an organization sending us health information about its own people would be an obvious breach of the thing we are selling. The anonymity model only works if identifiable information never travels from the employer to us.

Suitability is discussed with each individual at their own intake, privately, and never through the funder.

Send us the six things we need

Nothing here is a commitment. A person reads it and replies with a document rather than a sales call.

All fields marked with an asterisk are required.

So we know whether the proposal is going to a budget holder, a privacy reviewer, or both.

A rough band is enough. We never need a list of people.

Delivery constraints, sites, or review steps. Please do not include information about any individual.

If a proposal is premature, the contact page reaches the same people and asks for far less.
