Newsletter
A short letter, sent rarely
The Momentous Letter is an occasional email about how this practice works. It goes out a few times a year, not a few times a week.
It carries session notes, changes to how we run the studio, and open questions we have not resolved. It does not carry outcome claims, percentages, or pressure to book.
What arrives when it arrives
- New journal writing, with a sentence on why it was worth publishing.
- Changes to how sessions are run, and the reasoning behind each one.
- Open questions we are still sitting with, including inconvenient ones.
- Occasional studio notes, such as hours changing around a holiday.
What never arrives
- No outcome promises and no success percentages, because we do not have any.
- No health advice, and nothing about any medical condition or medication.
- No sharing or selling of your address. It stays with us.
- No daily sending. A few times a year is the whole plan.

Momentous Neurofeedback is a wellness practice. We use an FDA-cleared biofeedback device indicated for relaxation training and muscle reeducation.
We do not provide medical care and we do not assess or identify health conditions. We make no promise about any outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
Sessions are not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you have a health concern, speak with your own provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
