Our approach
Our approach
Our approach is to run unhurried sessions, explain the equipment plainly, and make no promise about any outcome. It is a stance about how we talk to people as much as how we run a room.
There is nothing proprietary in it. The device is the device. What we control is the pace, the honesty, and how easy it is to stop.
What does unhurried mean in practice?
It means the first visit is longer than the session inside it. We talk first, show the equipment, and only start when you are ready.
It also means we do not stack a day so tightly that a session has to end on the minute. If you want to sit for a few minutes afterwards, the room is yours.
- The room is quiet and the lighting is adjustable.
- You can stop a session at any point, for any reason, without explaining.
- A companion can wait nearby for the whole appointment.
Why will nobody here promise a result?
Because the honest answer to what a session will do for a specific person is that we do not know. The device is cleared for relaxation training and muscle reeducation, and we describe it that way and stop.
You will get a plain description of what the equipment does, what a session feels like, and where the evidence is thin. The research section says what is still unsettled rather than hiding it.
How do you decide how many sessions to book?
We do not sell a course up front. People start with a small number of sessions and decide from there, using their own notes rather than a score we hand them.
If someone tells us they notice nothing, we say so plainly and we do not push a longer schedule. Session frequency is a conversation, not a prescription.
What if this is not a fit for me?
Then we say so. There are situations where we will suggest speaking with your own clinician first, and situations where we will suggest not booking at all.
Will you tell me if you think I should not book?
Yes. Turning away a booking costs us a session fee and keeps the practice honest, which is a trade we are willing to make.
Do you use pressure tactics or expiring offers?
No. There are no countdowns, no packages that expire, and no follow-up sequence designed to wear you down.

A first conversation is short, free, and has no obligation attached. If this is not a fit, we will say so.
