Programs for organizations
An organization program means the organization funds a block of seats, and the people who use those seats book with us using an anonymized identifier rather than a name tied to the funder. The organization receives utilization counts. It never receives names.
That structure is the point of the offer. It lets an organization pay for something its people will actually use, because using it is not visible to the employer.
What does an organization actually buy?
A number of seats over a term, plus the administration that keeps those seats anonymous. A seat is a funded session, not a person.
Because a seat is not tied to a named individual on our side, an organization is buying capacity rather than a roster of participants.
- A contracted block of seats over a defined term.
- An anonymized identifier scheme, issued on the organization side.
- Aggregate utilization reporting with small group suppression.
- Delivery in our rooms, onsite, or a mix of the two.
What can the organization see?
How many seats were funded, how many were used, and how usage moved across the term. Nothing that identifies a person, and nothing about what any person said or experienced.

How long does it take to stand a program up?
The limiting factor is almost always the identifier scheme and the internal communication, not us. Once identifiers exist and people know the program is confidential, bookings start.
Program structure walks through the timeline from first conversation to first session, including who has to sign what.
What will you not agree to?
We will not provide named attendance, individual level reporting, or any confirmation that a specific person did or did not use a seat. We will not accept health information from an organization about its people.
We also will not put an outcome claim in a proposal. The device is cleared for relaxation training and muscle reeducation, and a contract is not the place to imply more than that.
