Who we work with
Performance and focus environments
Some people work in roles where attention is the product. Long meetings, long code sessions, long flights, long negotiations, or a competitive schedule that leaves little slack between demands.
People in those roles often ask us for an edge. We will not sell one. What follows is what we actually offer and how to judge it for yourself.
Will sessions make you perform better?
We do not know, and we will not say that they will. Nobody can honestly promise you a performance gain from a device cleared for relaxation training and muscle reeducation.
What we can describe is the session itself. It is quiet, it is short, and it asks nothing of you while it runs. Some people value that on its own terms.
What do people in demanding roles usually say they want?
The most common thing we hear is that switching off at the end of the day takes longer than it used to. The second most common is that the recovery time between demanding stretches feels shorter than the demands themselves.
Those are descriptions of a week, not of a condition, and we take them at face value.
- A quiet appointment that does not require preparation.
- Something that fits into a working day rather than replacing it.
- An honest answer about what is known and what is not.
- No package pressure and no long commitment.
How would you judge it without fooling yourself?
Track something specific and boring before you start. Pick one measure you already care about, write it down for two weeks, then keep writing it down.
Our self tracking page explains how to do that without turning your own expectations into the result. It also explains why a single before and after comparison tells you very little.
How often would you come in?
That is a scheduling question and we answer it as one. Some people book a short cluster and pause. Some come at a slow steady cadence. We will not tell you a number of visits in advance.
If someone offers you a fixed number of sessions and a fixed result, treat that as information about them.

A consultation costs nothing and does not oblige you to book a session. Ask what you want to ask, including the awkward questions.
