Privacy notice
This privacy notice explains exactly what Momentous Neurofeedback LLC collects through this website, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it. It was last reviewed on 2026-01-01.
The short version. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no heatmaps, and no session recording. The only information we receive is what you type into one of three forms and choose to send.
Does this site track visitors?
No. There is no third-party analytics script, advertising tag, remarketing pixel, heatmap, or session replay tool on any page of this site. We set no advertising cookies and we sell no information to anyone.
The site sets no cookie for reading pages. If a page ever needs to remember a preference, it uses your own browser storage and nothing is sent to us.
- No analytics or measurement script of any kind.
- No advertising, remarketing, or conversion pixels.
- No heatmap or session recording tool.
- No social media embeds that phone home.
- No selling, renting, or sharing of information for advertising.
What information do the three forms collect?
Three forms on this site send information to us. Each one collects only what is needed to reply. None of them has a field for health information, and each free text box carries a note asking you not to include medical details.
| Form | Fields collected | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact | Name, email address, optional phone number, topic, message | So a person can read your question and reply to you |
| Consultation request | Name, email address or phone number, what you are asking for, preferred location, preferred time window, optional notes | So we can offer you two or three specific times |
| Organization proposal request | Organization name, contact name, role, work email address, approximate covered population band, delivery preference, timeline, optional notes | So we can write a proposal that fits the program |
Do you store anything else with a submission?
One item. Each submission is stored with a one way hash derived from the connection and browser string. It exists only to stop a script from filing hundreds of requests, it is not an address, and it is never used to recognize you across visits or pages.
What if I include health information anyway?
We would rather you did not, and every free text box says so. If it happens, we remove the detail from our records when we see it and continue the conversation without it.
How long is a submission kept?
Form submissions are kept for twenty four months from the date they arrive, then deleted. If a submission becomes a booking, the booking record follows the studio records schedule rather than this one.
Notification email sent to our own inbox when a form arrives contains the same fields you sent and nothing more. It follows the same twenty four month schedule.
Who can see a submission?
Only the small team that answers messages. Submissions are stored in a database that denies all public read access, so nothing can be read from the browser or from the public interface, only by our own server side code.
We use no advertising partners, no data brokers, and no customer data platforms. Our email provider processes notification email on our behalf and nothing more.
What rights do you have over your information?
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Colorado residents have those rights under state law, and we apply the same process for everyone rather than checking where you live first.
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it, which we do unless a record has to be kept for accounting.
- Ask us to confirm that no advertising or profiling use has occurred, which it has not.
How do you make a request?
Email hello@example.com or call (000) 000-0000. We reply within one business day and complete the request within thirty days.
What about children?
This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen through these forms. Where a parent or caregiver contacts us about someone else, we ask that no health detail about that person is included in the message.
How will you know if this notice changes?
The review date at the top of this page changes whenever the substance changes. Material changes are noted in the studio journal so the change is visible rather than quiet.
