Terms
Terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Momentous Neurofeedback LLC. Using the site means you accept them. They were last reviewed on 2026-01-01.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing on it creates a clinical relationship. We are a wellness practice, not a medical service.
What is this website for?
It explains what we do, how a session runs, what the device is cleared for, what the published record supports, and how to ask for an appointment. That is the whole purpose.
It is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If something about your health concerns you, speak to your own clinician rather than reading a website.
What can you do with the content?
Read it, print it, and share a link to it. The writing, images, and page structure belong to us and may not be republished, resold, or presented as another practice's own work.
Quoting a short passage with a link back to the page it came from is welcome and needs no permission.
What do the prices on this site mean?
Prices shown are current at the time of publication and may change. A price becomes firm when we confirm it with you in writing for a specific appointment or program.
Where a page marks a figure as a placeholder, that figure is illustrative and is not an offer.
What are the limits of our responsibility?
We keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. We cannot promise the site is free of every error or available without interruption.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Who is responsible for a decision you make after reading a page here?
You are, together with your own clinician where the decision touches your health. We publish what we know and what we do not know so a decision can be made with clear eyes, and we make no promise about any result.
What about links to other sites?
Where we link out, usually to a public regulatory record or a published paper, we do not control that page and we are not responsible for its content. A link is a citation and not an endorsement.
Which law governs these terms?
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Colorado, and both sides submit to that venue.
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. To raise something under these terms, write to us at hello@example.com.
Can these terms change?
Yes. The review date at the top of this page changes when the substance changes. Continued use of the site after a change means the revised terms apply.
