Compare

Compare your options fairly

Comparing wellness options means lining up what each one asks of you, what it is cleared or intended to do, and what it costs, without ranking one as the answer. Different approaches suit different people and several of them work alongside each other.

This section is written so you can rule us out quickly if we are not the right fit.

What can you compare here?

Five pages, each answering a different question a person actually asks while shopping.

  • Microcurrent versus traditional neurofeedback covers how the two approaches differ in effort, sensors, and session shape.
  • Neurofeedback versus meditation and breathwork frames these as complementary rather than competing.
  • The questions to ask any provider gives you twelve questions and the reason each one matters.
  • The provider checklist is a working tool you can tick through while you compare.
  • Cost comparison lays out what different formats ask of your time and money.

Will these pages tell you we are the best option?

No. A comparison written to reach a predetermined conclusion is an advertisement wearing a table.

Where another approach is a better starting point, we say so. Breath practice is cheaper and free to try, and that is a real advantage.

How should you use this section with the research section?

Use compare to work out what fits your life. Use research to work out what any of it can honestly claim.

Most people who read both make a faster decision, in either direction.

What if you are comparing us against another local provider?

Take the twelve questions and ask both of us the same ones. Write the answers down before you decide anything.

A provider whose answers get vaguer as the questions get more specific has told you something useful.

Please read this

Momentous Neurofeedback is a wellness practice. We use an FDA-cleared biofeedback device indicated for relaxation training and muscle reeducation.

We do not provide medical care and we do not assess or identify health conditions. We make no promise about any outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

Sessions are not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you have a health concern, speak with your own provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
