Who we work with

Booking privately as an individual

Booking privately means you arrange sessions directly with us, you pay directly, and no third party is involved in any part of it. No referral is required and no program has to sponsor you.

Most people who come to us this way arrive after reading for a while. This page is written for that person.

What does booking privately actually involve?

You book a consultation, we talk for a short while, and if you decide to go ahead you book a first visit. There is no application, no waiting list, and no requirement to buy a package.

Everything you tell us stays with us. We do not contact your employer, your insurer, or anyone else about you.

  • A consultation carries no charge and no obligation.
  • A first visit is longer than the visits after it.
  • Single visits can be booked without any package commitment.
  • Packages exist for convenience and do not expire.

What do you ask at intake?

We ask practical questions. How to reach you, when you can realistically come in, whether anything on the suitability list applies to you, and whether you are under the care of a clinician you would like us to be aware of.

We do not ask you to write a history. If you want to explain your situation you are welcome to, and if you would rather not, that changes nothing about the appointment.

How do you know whether it is worth continuing?

You decide, using your own notes. We ask you to fill in two short self report scales before and after each visit, and to keep a note of anything you notice in the days between.

Those scales are self report. They are not a clinical measure and we do not present them as one. If nothing shifts and you would rather stop, stop.

What does it cost to try once?

A single visit is priced on its own and listed openly. You do not need to commit to more than one to find out how you find it.

Pricing is published rather than quoted, so you can decide before you speak to anyone.

Momentous Neurofeedback is a wellness practice. We use an FDA-cleared biofeedback device indicated for relaxation training and muscle reeducation.

We do not provide medical care and we do not assess or identify health conditions. We make no promise about any outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

Sessions are not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. If you have a health concern, speak with your own provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment

A consultation costs nothing and does not oblige you to book a session. Ask what you want to ask, including the awkward questions.
