Our team

Our team

Our team is a small group of session practitioners plus one person who handles scheduling and organization programs. Every role here is operational, not clinical, and nobody on this page holds themselves out as a clinician.

The names below are placeholders while the roster is being finalized. The roles and the training behind them are accurate.

Who will I actually meet at a session?

A session practitioner. The same person greets you, explains the equipment, places the sensors, runs the session, and answers questions afterwards.

At a small practice that continuity matters more than a large staff list. You are not handed between people mid appointment.

What training do practitioners have?

Training from the device supplier covering setup, sensor placement, and session operation, plus first aid and the practice's own privacy handling procedure.

That is the whole list. We do not describe anyone here with a clinical credential, because none is claimed and none is required to operate the equipment.

  • Device supplier training on setup and session operation.
  • Sensor placement practice under supervision before running sessions alone.
  • Privacy handling for individual bookings and for organization programs.

Who handles organization programs?

One operations person owns scheduling, seats, and the anonymized identifier process that keeps a funding organization from learning who attended.

That separation is deliberate. The person who books a seat is not the person a participant sits with, which is part of how anonymity is enforced.

Why are the names placeholders right now?

Because the roster is not confirmed and we would rather show a labeled placeholder than a name we might change. Roles, training, and responsibilities on this page are real.

Can I request the same practitioner each visit?

Yes, and most people do. Ask when you book and we will schedule around that person's availability.

Does anyone here give health advice?

No. Health questions belong with your own clinician. We can explain the equipment and the session, and that is where our answers stop.

Who is on the team?

Names below are labeled placeholders while the roster is confirmed. Roles, training, and responsibilities are accurate.

  • Session practitioner and studio lead

    PLACEHOLDER, Practitioner One

Runs sessions and looks after the room. Explains the equipment before anything is attached, and stops if you want to stop.

Handles the first conversation for most new visitors, which is where expectations get set plainly rather than optimistically.

    Training and background

    • Trained by the device supplier on setup, sensor placement, and session operation.
    • Certified in first aid and in the practice's own privacy handling procedure.
  • Session practitioner

    PLACEHOLDER, Practitioner Two

Runs sessions across the week and keeps the equipment log. Prefers a slow start over a full schedule.

Talks people through what a session feels like, including the parts that feel like nothing at all.

    Training and background

    • Trained by the device supplier on setup, sensor placement, and session operation.
    • Background in adult education, which shows up in how carefully the equipment gets explained.
  • Scheduling and organization programs

    PLACEHOLDER, Operations One

Books sessions, manages seats for organization programs, and answers the messages that arrive through the contact form.

Owns the anonymized identifier process that keeps a funding organization from seeing who attended.

    Training and background

    • Background in operations and scheduling for small service teams.
    • Trained on the practice's privacy handling procedure and on aggregate only reporting.
